Refund policy

SheetTempla.store is operated by MARTINEZ DE LAGUNA SAENZ DE PIPAON, a sole trader (auto‑entrepreneur) registered in Spain. All digital products sold on this website — including Google Sheets templates, spreadsheets, and financial trackers — are delivered instantly upon purchase.

Digital products – no physical returns

Because our products are digital downloads (Google Sheets files) that cannot be “returned” in a physical sense, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the file has been accessed or downloaded. This policy is in line with standard practices for digital goods and helps protect our intellectual property.

When are refunds possible?

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you experience a genuine issue with your template — such as a corrupted file, a technical error that prevents use, or a material difference from the product description — please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer:

• A corrected or updated version of the template (free of charge), or
• A full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are not granted for change of mind, accidental purchase, or because the template does not fit your preferred workflow (customisation is always possible as the files are fully editable).

How to request support or a refund

To start a request, email us at support@sheettempla.store with:

• Your order number and proof of purchase,
• A clear description of the issue you are facing, and
• Screenshots or a short video (if applicable).

We will respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.

European Union 14‑day cooling‑off period

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, for digital content that you have started to download or stream, your right of withdrawal is lost once the download has begun. By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right.

If you have not yet downloaded the file (e.g., you realise you purchased the wrong item within minutes), we may consider a refund or store credit on a case‑by‑case basis. Please contact us immediately.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect files

In the unlikely event that the file you receive is corrupted, incomplete, or not the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a corrected download link or a full refund.

Non‑returnable items (exceptions)

As all items are digital, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Templates that have been modified by the customer,
• Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code (unless defective),
• Gift cards or store credits.
